Today I Won't Visit That PAIN

April 27, 2012

It's another day. Everybody has their expectations for how the day will go. The weather is nice and I'm doing fairly well all things considered. I mean the chronic pain that I live with, and no, it's not my spouse, tends to dominate my "items to deal with" list. My chronic back pain sometimes restricts my entire day. My leg pain affects the way I walk. My foot pain affects the way I stand. The burning sensation in my back, legs and feet, affects the way I sit. The neuropathy is a constant companion; Just another piece to my chronic pain puzzle. It takes a deliberate, dedicated effort to do things I used to be able to do seemingly without thinking and very little effort. Android that's on a good day. There are of course bad days too, especially when flareups happen...AND PAIN FLAREUPS DO OCCUR. But today is a better day. So it looks like my chronic pain won't keep me from participating in lif today. My legs won't hurt pain bad, my feet won't burn pain bad. The feeling to walking barefoot in nails and broken won't be pain intense; I'll be able to walk and not have the pain with each step, stop me in my tracks all but taking my breath away. I'm not alone in feeling this kind of pain. There are many people who live in and with various types to severe chronic pains. Fibromyalgia, arthritis, neuropathy, sciatica, migraines, lower back pain, neck pain, upper back pain, heel pain, foot pain even arm and hand pains that are so severe, people have to make plans around their pain level even going so far as to having to postpone to cancel the days activities.

A "Painy" Day Post

April 18, 2012

Today is one to those days that are all to familiar to folks who have issues related to arthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica, migraines, back pain, neck pain And just about any pain related to joint to soft tissues. When it's a rainy day for most people, it's a "Painy" day for others. That doesn't mean the day is ruined, it just means finding the methods to help tolerate the pain. We have to reach into you knowledge bag And get you the tried And true remedies, products, ideas And methods that have given us relief in the past. Ice packs, heating pads, massage mats, music to meditate to, compresses, soaks, salts, balms, patches, rubs And anything else that helped us tolerate our pain flare ups in the past. You know, the methods proven to relieve, the ideas shown to be effective And the products that have brought us relief in the past. Now if this is your first to round with a "Painy" day flareup you can do one to several things. You Can go it in your own; fiddle around and hope the pain breaks to do some research. Read other pain sufferes blogs, forums, chatrooms And website experiences. Take what you discover, And that to your doctor's advice And start experiencing reduced pains. I don't know that you'll get complete pain relief but being able to break a flareup is huge in my opinion! Anyway, don't let a rainy day be a painy day without pain least trying to break the flareup. That's what my website, http://PainCornerStore.com centers around. "It's more than pain relief; it's about MAKING LIVING WELL A BETTER PART OF LIFE. V.Holland http://PainCornerStore.com
